Summary:As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will also assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the Configuration Lead and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of the configuration management plan. You will also analyze business process design and application requirements to determine the appropriate software configuration and customization solutions. Additionally, you will participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.

Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead.

Collaborate with the Configuration Lead and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of the configuration management plan.

Analyze business process design and application requirements to determine the appropriate software configuration and customization solutions.

Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Boot.

Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and best practices.

Experience in implementing software configuration and customization solutions.

Knowledge of version control systems and tools such as Git.

Familiarity with build and deployment tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 Years of fulltime education is required.
