Summary:As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Assist in defining requirements for data center technology components.- Design and build data center technology components.- Participate in testing efforts to ensure the functionality and performance of the infrastructure.- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Incident Management.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Critical Incident Management.- Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices.- Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in incident management.- Experience in handling and resolving critical incidents.- Ability to analyze incident data and identify trends or patterns.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Incident Management.- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
