Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. 1. Good knowledge on MySQL, Microsoft Azure Databases Infrastructure, PostgreSQL Administration, Administration etc2. Database Backup and Recovery.3. Optimizing data warehouse, lake and other storage.4. Hands on experience on Microsoft SQL Server Database servers and Oracle DB servers5. Good knowledge on Specialised Data Handling and Implementing data policies, procedures, standards and Capacity planning

Additional Information:Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in PostgreSQL.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with MySQL, Microsoft Azure Databases Infrastructure.

Strong understanding of database management systems, particularly PostgreSQL.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.

Knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries for data retrieval and manipulation.

Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Understanding of database security principles and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in PostgreSQL.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
