Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Show creativity in problem-solving and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Troubleshoot and debug software applications to ensure optimal performance.

Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance skills.

Assist in mentoring junior team members for their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.

Strong understanding of incident management processes and procedures.

Experience in handling critical incidents and providing timely resolutions.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices for incident management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with IT service management tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
