Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the stability and reliability of applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze application issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to critical business systems.

Ensure the stability and reliability of applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements.

Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent system downtime.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.

Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure.

Experience with incident management and problem-solving.

Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Bash.

Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
