Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing service desk voice support and managing service desk operations. Your typical day will involve interfacing with clients, accurately defining and resolving issues, and ensuring world-class system performance.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in service desk management and cloud technology.

The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Information Technology Operations, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful service desk solutions.
