Summary:As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage delivery for IT production systems and services. You will support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Your role will involve providing operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality IT production systems and services.

Manage the infrastructure service management lifecycle to ensure smooth operations.

Support the availability and reliability of production systems and devices.

Identify and mitigate risks to IT services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to work-related problems.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Critical Incident Management.

Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.

Experience in managing IT production systems and services.

Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.

Familiarity with ITIL framework and its implementation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
