Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and develop high-quality software solutions.

Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Conduct unit testing and debugging of software applications.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional growth.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Development.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Lightning Web Components.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning.

Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.

Familiarity with Salesforce declarative development tools such as Process Builder and Flow.

Experience with Salesforce data modeling and database design.

Solid grasp of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Salesforce Development.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
