Summary:As a Solution Architect, you will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design and develop solution architectures that align with business goals and objectives.

Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance solution delivery.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the solution architecture.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to the solution architecture.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in solution architecture.

Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing solution architectures to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

Mentor and coach junior solution architects to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Solution Architecture.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Cloud Technologies.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable and resilient solutions.

Knowledge of various integration patterns and technologies.

Expertise in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Solution Architecture.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
