Key Responsibilities :A:Creating and owning a global communications plan to highlight any key deliveries of the digital tools and increasing awarenessB:Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately storedC:Ensuring the programme is effectively governed and managed including programme level status reporting and management of the financials, RAIDs, and milestonesD:Understanding of HR Technology and Employee Onboarding practicesE:Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to analyse data using Excel would be advantageousF:Experience of delivering enterprise-wide products/solutions G:Experience of working as a Business Analyst/Product Manager br/>
Technical Experience :A:Experience of tools like Jira, Confluence, Mindmap, VisioB:Experience of ServiceNow project management / product ownership 2 to 3 yearsC:An experienced Product Owner/Project Manager with the ability to work as a team and with individuals to find solutions to blockers and issuesD:Ability to produce detailed implementation roadmaps and associated RAIDs and manage these effectivelyE:Ability to work towards tight deadlines within a fast-paced environmentF:Work with stakeholders across multiple teams to gather new requirementsG:Undertake regular transparent reviews of the programme status and RAIDs of the initiative, escalating via appropriate governance; completing and maintaining br/>
