Summary:As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery. Your typical day involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Provide expert guidance on industry-specific best practices.- Lead knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in building and customizing ServiceNow applications (out of the box and custom).- Strong understanding of IT service management principles.- Experience in designing and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.- Knowledge of industry-specific tools and methodologies.- Hands-on experience in solution design and delivery.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
