Key ResponsibilitiesA Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud – HR HelpdeskB Ability to create or update functional design documents.C Perform end to end functional testing along with ODA and KM (knowledge management)D Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for Helpdesk, ODA and KME Hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including end customerF Work with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfactionG Knowledge on security and page personalisation Functional ExperienceA Functional experience in the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud– Helpdesk, ODA, KMB Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud – HR helpdeskC Act as the subject matter expert leading client to architect, design, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud – HR Helpdesk A Experience on HR Helpdesk and basic knowledge of ODAB Functional experience in the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud HR HelpdeskSC Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud – HR HelpdeskD Act as the subject matter expert leading client to architect, design, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud – HR HelpdeskProfessional ExperienceA Strong written and oral communication skillsB Interact and Deliver results by working with the Cross-Organization team members responsible C Strong team handling skills, analytical skills and presentation skillsD Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomesE Should be able to handle client discussions independently and should have excellent communication skills.
Educational QualificationA B.E/B.Tech/MBA/MCAB Prior experience with 1 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.C Oracle Cloud Certified candidate is preferred.
