Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Python and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions using Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of software solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Ensure that all software solutions are designed and developed in accordance with industry best practices and standards, including security and performance standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python and Pyspark & data bricks
Hands-on experience with PySpark and Databricks for big data processing and analytics.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Django, Flask, or other Python web frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid grasp of software testing and quality assurance best practices.
