Summary:As a Systems Engineering Lead, you will lead teams that work on complex systems engineering solutions for customers. You will design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products, including feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods. Your role will involve overseeing feature plan implementation and conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the team's activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead teams in the design and development of complex systems engineering solutions.

Develop engineering systems associated with physical products, including feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods.

Oversee the implementation of feature plans and ensure successful project delivery.

Conduct design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Manage and coordinate the team's activities to ensure efficient project execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in systems engineering.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in systems engineering.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders.

Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies.

Experience in designing and developing complex engineering systems.

Knowledge of feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods.

Expertise in conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA).

Excellent project management and leadership skills.

Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation.

This position is based at our Indore office.
