Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and testing process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications

Act as the primary point of contact for the project

Provide technical guidance and support to the team

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions

Oversee the development and testing process

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project

Contribute actively in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems

Perform independently and become a subject matter expert
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Selenium

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Agile Testing, Data Warehouse ETL Testing

Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies

Experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies

Familiarity with data warehouse ETL testing processes
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium

This position is based at our Bengaluru office
