Preferred Experience

• 1-4 years of experience of working in aftermarket service operations space across the functional areas mentioned above.
• Techno-functional experience integrating the functional strategy and process layer with underlying technology solutions.
• Experience of working in cross-functional and global teams, e.g., in large aftersales IT or analytics transformation programs.
• Have demonstrated project and team leadership including successfully defining and implementing digital strategies in aftermarket value chain and different teams.
• Project management skills/experience with focus on Agile methodology
• General owner mentality, willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary.
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of emerging disruptive technologies, like cloud computing, IoT, complex event analysis, advanced analytics etc.
• IT / technology experience in relevant cloud or software solutions, e.g., AWS, Azure, Service Planning Solutions like PTC Servigistics, Field Service Management Solutions like ServiceNow, ServiceMax or IFS.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired.
• Analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
