Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft SQL Server Administration.- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system performance.- Document technical processes and solutions for future reference.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in SQL Server Administration.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.- Strong understanding of database management principles.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL Server databases.- Knowledge of SQL Server security and backup procedures.- Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Reporting Services (SSRS).
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.- This position is based at our Noida office.- A Graduate degree is required.
