Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements in Pune. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration and management of Oracle Siebel Enterprise solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the design and development of complex application solutions.- Implement best practices for application development.- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met.- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Integration Management (EIM).- Hands-on experience with Oracle database and SQL queries.- Hands-on experience in designing ETL process with Siebel EIM for Data Migration.- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization.- Good understanding of Oracle Siebel Development.- Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications.- Knowledge of integration techniques and data migration strategies.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Integration Management (EIM).- A 15 years full-time education is required.
