Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging code. You will also engage with multiple teams to provide solutions and support for application issues and enhancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME in Retirement Planning Services- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively- Responsible for team decisions and ensuring project delivery- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Design, build, and configure applications based on business requirements- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues- Test and debug code to ensure application functionality
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Retirement Planning Services- Experience with application development and configuration- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C#- Experience with database management systems such as Oracle or SQL Server
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Retirement Planning Services- This position is based at our Pune office- A 15 years full time education is required
