Summary:As a Salesforce Lightning Aura Components Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Salesforce Lightning Aura Components framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Lightning Aura Components-based applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Extensive experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components development.

Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and related technologies.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.

Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components development.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce-based solutions.
