Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and delivered on time. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and coding the applications, and performing testing and debugging to ensure the applications are functioning correctly. Additionally, you will provide support and maintenance for the applications as needed, ensuring their smooth operation.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and build applications according to business process and application requirements.

Configure applications to meet specific needs and ensure their functionality.

Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform coding and testing of applications to ensure they meet quality standards.

Debug and resolve any issues or bugs in the applications.

Provide support and maintenance for the applications, ensuring their smooth operation.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and methodologies.

Train and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Data Building Tool.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in designing and developing applications using [PRIMARY SKILL].
