Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring that applications are designed and built to meet the needs of the business. You will also be responsible for configuring applications and ensuring they align with the defined requirements. With your expertise in Manufacturing Engineering MES, you will contribute to the development of efficient and effective applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Develop and implement applications based on business process and application requirements.

Collaborate with the team to design and build applications that meet the needs of the business.

Configure applications to align with defined requirements.

Contribute to the development of efficient and effective applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP DMC/MII/ME.

Have implemented solutions for integrating Shop floor Devices with SAP DMC, experience in OPC-UA protocol

Have done solution designing for all the functional and non-functional requirements for SAP DMC

Hands on experience defining solution, system configuration, UI/UX development and setup in projects.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in designing and building applications.

Knowledge of application configuration and customization.

Familiarity with business process and application requirements.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with software development tools and technologies.

Experience in working with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
