Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your typical day will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead a team of developers and provide guidance and support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives.

Design, develop, and test software systems according to project specifications.

Ensure the successful delivery of software solutions within the given timeframe.

Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Experience in developing and configuring software systems.

Knowledge of technologies, applications, and tools relevant to software development.

Experience with version control systems and bug tracking tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
