Technical Experience :1 Experience in Service cloud features like Case Management, Omni-channel Live agent etc2 Experience in Salesforce administration such as Profiles, Permission sets etc 3 Experience with development tools such as ANT, Forcecom, Git, Jenkins, Jira Visual Code
