Must To Have Skills:Experience in Application Packaging.

Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of Cloud Support and related technologies.

Strong understanding of system or application support, with the ability to accurately define and interpret client issues.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain exceptional communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
