Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve developing end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies, applying testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

Develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies.

Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is built into the product from the beginning of the development lifecycle.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in test automation engineering, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner and Apache JMeter.

Strong understanding of performance testing strategy.

Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Experience with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in performance testing strategy.
