Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner for Oracle Database Administration, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the client's systems and applications. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and designing solutions based on deep product knowledge, using exceptional communication skills to keep the systems running seamlessly.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support for Oracle Database Administration, ensuring the smooth functioning of the client's systems and applications.

Accurately define client issues and interpret and design solutions based on deep product knowledge.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.

Maintain documentation of all support activities and ensure compliance with established procedures and standards. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Oracle Database Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in other database technologies such as MySQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.

Experience in performance tuning, backup and recovery, and database security.

Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles.

Experience in database migration and upgrade projects.

Solid grasp of database monitoring and troubleshooting techniques. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
