Summary:
As an Application Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your technical expertise to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements, with the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
