Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the design and development of applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for the application development process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Mentor and coach junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce development principles and best practices.

- Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integration.

- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative customization options.

- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Communities and Salesforce Mobile App development. Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
