Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing application solutions, and configuring the Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module to meet client needs. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any application issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and implement application solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.

Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module to meet client needs.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any application issues.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.

Assist in the testing and quality assurance of application solutions.

Document technical specifications, user manuals, and other relevant documentation.

Train end-users on the usage and functionality of the Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware.

Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation functionality and configuration.

Experience in designing and developing customizations and extensions in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.

Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud data model and integration points.

Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud security and role-based access control.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation issues.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
