Project Role :Quality Engineer (Tester)


Project Role Description :Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Roles & Responsibilities:

Should have minimum 1 years of Contact Center Experience. Overall, 4-6 years of experience required.

Should be Cloud Certified Practitioner with any cloud provider viz. Azure or GCP or AWS.

Understands and have experience on different components like Chat or Voice Bots, Service Channels, Workflows, WFM, Journey Facilitator, Conversational AI, CPAAS, SIP Trunk. Should be able to design high or low level design of flows with different service channels inbound, outbound.

Experience in doing release management with platform for Global vs regional rollouts. Packaging of workflows.

Should be able to integration Sprinklr with other enterprise systems.

Good to have knowledge on GenAI and AI or ML Models. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. Additional Information:
