Job Description

Project Role :Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Key Responsibilities:

CI/CD Pipelines:Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):Use Terraform and Bicep to define and manage infrastructure resources in a repeatable and scalable manner.

Configuration Management:Utilize Ansible for configuration management and automation of routine tasks across various environments.

Cloud Infrastructure:Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.

Monitoring and Logging:Implement monitoring and logging solutions to maintain visibility into system health and performance.

Collaboration:Work closely with development teams to integrate infrastructure deployment processes into the CI/CD pipelines.

Security and Compliance:Ensure that all infrastructure solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.

Documentation:Document infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
Skills:

Expertise in creating and managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

Proficient in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and Bicep.

Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.

Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services (preferably in AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks.

Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
