Bachelor s Degree in IT, or related discipline.Configure WMS to achieve business needs.Maintain and develop Microsoft SQL Server stored procedure. Validate processes meet process design requests.Document technical decisions and business processes Debug and troubleshoot existing configuration. Provide support to end users when they encounter system issues. Escalate issues to support as needed. Act as point of contact for all training and support for new site preparation, personnel, equipment and future modifications to WMS. Continuously develop and train the operations team on best practices and standard operating procedures. Communicate and train on all systems and processes changes. Act as point of contact for IT needs, such as hardware and network services, relating to WMS.Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner. Excellent exposure to configure, test, customize Koerber implementations. Must have managed a team as a part of his previous role
Technical Experience:Min. 2+ years of working experience as an SQL DeveloperProficiency in configuring and customizing Koerber software, including system parameters, workflows, and reports.Experience in system integration, including designing and implementing interfaces with other enterprise systemsSolid understanding of data management concepts, including data migration, data integration, and data quality assurance.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within deadlines.Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies, such as barcode scanning, RFID, and voice picking etc.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain management principles, and industry best practices.
Professional Attributes:Korber, WMS, SQL development experience is mustExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
