Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring the applications are aligned with the business needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, as well as continuously improving the application performance and functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Develop and maintain high-quality software code.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and implement software solutions that meet business needs.

Conduct unit testing and debugging of applications.

Ensure the application is scalable, secure, and performant.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing or production.

Continuously improve application performance and functionality.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with relational databases and SQL.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Experience with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.

This position is based in Pune.
