Summary:
As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of SAP ABAP Development for HANA solutions, ensuring high-quality software solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the project.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and company policies, utilizing your expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with SAP development tools, including ABAP Workbench, Eclipse, and SAP HANA Studio.
- Experience with SAP integration technologies, including SAP PI/PO and SAP Gateway.
- Solid grasp of database concepts and SQL programming.
