Summary:As a Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect, you will be responsible for defining technology transformation strategies and capabilities, including north star and target blueprints. Your role will involve designing roadmaps to achieve the target state, covering all relevant aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. With your expertise, you will contribute to the organization's technology vision and drive its implementation.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology strategies.

Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with the organization's goals.

Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation.

Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions to address business challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.

Strong understanding of technology transformation strategies and capabilities.

Experience in designing roadmaps to achieve target state.

Knowledge of infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process.

Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with technology architecture frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application in enterprise architecture.

Knowledge of data management and governance best practices.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years plus full education is required.
