Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for technical guidance and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide expertise in application architecture and design.

Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Experience in leading and managing application development projects.

Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems.

Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP Project System (PS).

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
