As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development and implementation of applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and develop applications that meet business process and application requirements.
- Ensure the successful implementation of applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Automation in Application Development.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and developing applications using [PRIMARY SKILL].
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
