Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing efficient and effective software solutions to enhance business operations and improve user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing application architecture, coding, testing, and debugging applications. You will also be responsible for ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and develop high-quality software applications based on business process and application requirements.

Configure and customize applications to meet specific client needs.

Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of the applications.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct system testing and resolve any issues.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of application development.

Train and mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with A&D Defense.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications.

Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.

Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with version control systems and code repositories.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
