Educational Qualification :BE or Equivalent degree in Computer Science
Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Enterprise Edition.

Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of applications, including working with developers, testers, and project managers.

Ensure that applications are developed and deployed in accordance with best practices and industry standards, including maintaining code quality and ensuring that applications are secure and scalable.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, helping to develop their skills and expertise. Professional & Technical Skills:1 Must To Have Skills:Strong proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.2 Frontend min 1 year on most of React JS, Bootstrap, Nginx, Docker, Webpack, Jest, Javascript, React JS, Visualization w/o D3, 3The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills 4 Must have organization and analytical skills 5 Should have the ability to work under pressure 6 Should be able to present information in a simple, concise manner Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
