Summary:
As an Application Lead for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in AEM Sites to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet business requirements.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AEM Sites solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and architects, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for AEM Sites-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their continued growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AEM Sites, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with Java and related technologies, including JSP, Servlets, and JSTL.
- Solid grasp of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git and SVN.
