Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM and Workday US Time Tracking. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative solutions to enhance the overall user experience and streamline business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop applications based on business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.

Create technical specifications and design documents.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday US Time Tracking.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.

Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.

Experience in designing and configuring Workday Core HCM modules.

Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy best practices.

Familiarity with Workday Studio and EIBs.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

Workday US Time tracking Experience and certification is mandatory. 15 years full-time education is required.
