Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of applications and providing technical support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of system performance and stability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by end-users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex technical problems.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Contribute to the improvement of system performance and stability.

Document and maintain knowledge base articles for issue resolution and troubleshooting guides.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Linux Operations.

Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting in a Linux environment.

Experience with shell scripting and automation tools.

Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Linux Operations.

This position is based at our Pune office.

An Any Graduate degree is required.
