Project Role Description :Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Educational Qualification :Bachelor or Master in the field of Aeronautical or Mechanical or Aerospace or Industrial Engineer or comparable engineering qualification with study of engineering design graphics

Summary:As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions and achieve business objectives. You will apply scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge, and practical experience to solve engineering problems. Your work will involve aircraft cabin interior design, qualification, configuration, and technical management.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Do the feasibility and ergonomics study of operating cabin equipment and monuments in aircraft.

New equipment design from concept till manufacturing

Coordinate with stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management

Define the equipment installation interfaces with other ATA departments

Create the 3D Digital Mockup for installation of equipment on the aircraft.

Manufacturing Drawing creation with bill of material

Crete Installation. Drawing set

Learn the project requirement from different stakeholders and transfer the knowledge to the team.

Support in preparation of Technical Repercussion sheets (TRS) for aircraft design

Support the configuration change management topics such as steering Change.

Act as a quality gate, check & control the quality of project deliverables.

Maintain the KPI

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions.

Apply scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge, and practical experience to solve engineering problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Provide technical expertise and support to project teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Should be an excellent and dynamic team player.

Strong understanding of engineering design principles with Knowledge of engineering standards and regulations.

Strong knowledge of overall aircraft cabin interior design process and basic understanding of Aircraft cabin layouts, monuments, and systems, ATA chapters

Knowledge of Airbus methods & tools like VPM, PASS (certification will be preferred)

Proficiency in Catia V5- 2D, 3D, Part & Assembly, DMU creation is a must.

Good understanding of Engineering Drawing is must.

Good understanding of Aircraft design Engineering.

Excellent communicating skills in English verbal & written.

Should be an excellent and dynamic team player.

Flexible working in shift hours
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Aircraft Cabin Interior Design.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Bachelor or Master in the field of Aeronautical or Mechanical or Aerospace or Industrial Engineering or comparable engineering qualification with study of engineering design graphics is required.
