What you would do in this role Data Science conversational analyst is expected to assist in the development of AI driven bot. He/She is responsible for building conversational interfaces and virtual agents for customers. He/She is also expected to provide technical assistance to the team in developing and deploying the bot. Who we are looking forMust Have :-

2-4 years of relevant experience

Should have hands on experience with at least one Machine learning algorithm.

Programming language Python and SQL

NLP, Journey Analytics, segmentation, propensity models, Customer analytics

Concepts of Intent, Entity, Fallback Management and Context Management

Dialogflow, Rasa

Ability to create data science model independently Good To Have:-

Webhooks and Ngrok,.

Omni Channel Integration

Regression Testing

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
