Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage the application development lifecycle, including planning, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with React.js.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
