A creative and strategic thinker with 4+ years of experience in storytelling, visual communication and user experience, you will support senior leadership translating complex business concepts into visually engaging stories and designs. This role requires a creative designer who can effectively communicate and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate ideas and visions into compelling visual graphics and user-friendly interfaces. Talented, enthusiastic professional with 4+ years of experience in visual design and user experience

Visual storyteller with a sharp eye for detail, adept at thinking creatively while staying within brand guidelines

Demonstrated ability to work on diverse projects, from conceptualizing platforms to enhancing corporate presentations for C-suite executives

Effective communicator who can collaborate with senior leadership and cross functional teams to design -end visuals and interfaces Executive Presentations

Design visually compelling presentations and reports illustrating key insights, strategic directions and recommendations

Develop C-suite ready presentations with high-quality visuals, graphics, and data representation that effectively communicate complex ideas

Craft engaging and persuasive narratives communicating strategies and solutions to executive-level stakeholders User Experience

Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for various large scale user platforms such

Work closely with senior leadership and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into high-end visuals and interfaces

Create intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the overall experience across digital platforms leveraged for collaboration and content delivery Key
Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, User Experience, or a related field

Experience:4+ years of experience in visual and UX design Skills:

Demonstrate advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro skills

Proficient in design, whiteboarding and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Mural, or similar

Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, color, typography, and layout

Apply insights to develop client-focused visual concepts; create clear infographics to visualize data

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams

Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Continuous learner with a desire to build differentiated skillsets

Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to feedback and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
