Project Role : Product Owner
Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Key Responsibilities:
A Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Absence Management B Ability to create or update functional design documents C Perform end to end functional testing D Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for Absence management E Hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including end customer F Work with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfaction
Technical Experience:
A Functional experience in the following modules of Oracle Absence Management B Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle Absence Management C Act as the subject matter expert leading client to architect, design, and implement Oracle Absence Management

A Experience on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
B Functional experience in the following modules of Oracle Absence Management
C Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle Absence Management
D Act as the subject matter expert leading client to architect, design, and implement Oracle Absence Management
