Project Role :Application Support Engineer


Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills :PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) Absence Management

Educational Qualification :15 years of full-time education
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Peoplesoft financial procure to pay, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the system.
  • Identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Peoplesoft financial procure to pay.
  • Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goalsProfessional & Technical Skills:Must Have :1 Peoplesoft Human Capital Management (HCM)2 Should have strong development Exposure Understanding of PeopleSoft Migrations3 Should have good experience in Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management module. 4 Strong technical and analytical skills in PeopleSoft People Tools like Application designer, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, Application engine, Integration Broker, File layout, Reporting tools like BI Publisher, SQR, PSQuery5 Knowledge on iHUB is added advantage6 Expertise in Debugging and Defect fixing7 Experience in Data Mover8 Good/Expert in SQL9 Strong PeopleSoft People Tools skillsAdditional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Peoplesoft financial procure to pay.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.Qualification15 years of full-time education
