As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, contributing to the overall success of the project.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday US Absence Management, Workday US Time Tracking
- Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM
- Experience in Workday US Absence Management and Workday US Time Tracking
- Solid grasp of application design and configuration
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
- Experience in leading application development projects
